3D Printing

3D printing has been hailed by some as the new industrial revolution; offering a new way to design and make 3D objects.

We offer a range of hands-on classes to get you up and running; designing your own 3D models and printing your projects.

Laser Cutting

From making cutting edge patterns to producing multiple components, laser cutters are one of the most versatile and useful machines around.

Our classes set you up to cut or engrave onto a variety of materials including ply, acrylic, fabrics, ceramics, and paper.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

CAD underpins much of 3D printing and laser cutting – before you can make your project you have to produce the files that tell the machines what to do.

We can get you up to speed with free tools such as Google SketchUp or more advanced, industry-standard software such as Rhino

Electronics and Microcontrollers (eg Arduino)

We can teach you how to solder or how to make and use your own nifty microcontrollers to link up the physical and digital worlds.

Arduino is taking the art and design community by storm by providing people with the tools to add interactivity to their work.

Web Design

We show you how to get your work or business online – creating a website using WordPress.
